TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CODE2DIAGRAM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Code2Diagram, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand made by any third party due to your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.
